So on Sunday May 8th it was mothers day. it was just a relaxing Sunday. We didn't do much but that is OK because i just got to spend time with the person i love.
Anyway-mothers day is special because i have the most wonderful mother in the world. I know she has had some difficult times, and i know Ive given her my fair share of gray hairs; but she is still the most wonderful mother ever.
I'm so excited to become a mother because that means i get to be like my mom. Exciting.
My birthday was yesterday, Tuesday, May 10th.
i switched my work schedule around trying to get my friends together to go out to dinner. Well the plans changed and we ended up going to Cane beds to spend the evening before my birthday with Rhian and Nicole. They made the most Delicious dessert for me, it has graham cracker pecan crust, with chocolate and then vanilla pudding. and they made very thing by hand (even the pudding). Wish i could have gotten to bring some home cause it was Delicious. We had hamburgers, and then watched the boys play around on the computer playing star craft 2, which was OK because by that point it was almost midnight and i was tired.
so i get woken up at 6:30 AM (the boys didn't go to bed til then because of a star craft 2 tournament going on in Korea) and took the dogs out, got settled to go back to sleep, when i got sick and spent the next hour throwing up. Yes i haven't been sick my entire pregnancy and i get sick on my birthday, ironic i know. Anyway i was finally able to fall back sleep, only to be woken up at 11 AM by Kazzoe whining to go out. So we got up and ready for the day.
We dropped the dogs off at my mother in laws to play in the backyard, and headed into St George. Since we hardly ever go into St George there was a lot of running errand to do.
(ill skip the errands). We had lunch at Red Robins and it was Delicious. I got the free birthday Sunday-yummy, and got embarrassed while they sang their birthday song.
We then headed back to Hurricane to pick up the dogs and head home. We actually stayed for a couple hours at Lydia's and visited for a little til we left because Jake was going to pass out from being so tired. i had to drive, and it was so rainy, good thing he slept the whole drive home. :).
Anyway this week so far has been fun.
Shayla's birthday was on May 6th-she turned 18. I know I'm getting old!
My moms birthday is on May 18th.
And Shay graduates June 1st. Busy month.
