We had the Harvey Birthday party for April up at my mom's house. So Jake stayed home to work on Austins Project. And I headed up there. Got there close to 11:30 AM. Brunch was just about served. Good thing cause the kids and I were hungry. Waffles and fruit toppings, and of course syrup and whipped cream and bacon was the food this time. And man was it tasty. Lizzy had like 4 to 5 waffles (they weren't big, but they weren't mini either). Jason and Tami brought up their new dog, so the kids had fun petting her and chasing her around. After breakfast was done and cleaned up it was time to do birthdays. They had gifts for William, because apparently they hadn't given him his presents from February. He got a shirt, and a pajama outfit, and a big car, and a pack of cars from my aunts/uncles. Then it was time for Scott. He turned the big 50 and so Julie had all the fun things for him. The picture below with everyone in those funky glasses, was one of the gifts from Julie to Scott. They were "reading glasses for the (basically) blind :) ) After everyone left, the kids got on their suits and went "swimming". The water was really cold. We had stayed at my parents because that evening Shay had invited me, Sarah, Brayla, Katie, and Eric to go to this Sportz Comedy club down in Provo. It was really quite funny. 6 guys, on 2 teams. They audience gets to decide the topic and provide a few details (depending upon the game). So it got really silly to see how these guys could improv using the details from the audience. So the kids stayed with my parents, Sarah drove me down, and then dad drove the kids down in my car and Sarah took him and Shay back to my parents house.
