December 22nd.
This year we decided to open up Lydia's gifts a couple days before Christmas. A couple reasons were: to give the kids something to do. They were bored and because Jake and I were still quarantining they didn't get to participate in a whole lot of Christmas activities this year. And this also simplified things on Christmas Day. Which shouldn't have mattered since we weren't going to Grandma Harvey's for Christmas-but still... Here we are: The kids got a bunch of slime sand for Christmas (which they love-by the time I am posting this). William also got cars and a roadmap puzzle mat, Sydney got clay, and Lizzy got a tool set and a book. Jake and I got a home video projector.
