Lizzy turned 7.
She wanted a cow cake this year. So I looked one up on pinterest and Jake helped me design it and put it together. We made it while the kids were in school.
This is the only year in recent memory that I made the cake and not the kid whose birthday it was.
No one but the five of us celebrated her birthday this year. Although Nana was on the phone the whole time.
She got a bunch of presents. Sydney and William each gave her one.
She absolutely loved how the cake turned out. I was pretty proud of it too.
Jake and I put together a craft kit for her, because she loves to craft so much. It had crazy scissors, glue squares, paper, markers, and stickers.
