January 28th: We met up at Chick Fil-A on 5600 W and like 3300 S to eat before taking Shay to the airport. She was leaving for Costa Rica on like the 9pm flight. Jake was a little grumpy because it was past the kids bedtime and he was tired, but he was a good sport none the less. The little kids really found the cow so exciting. He was really helpful to Shay in the airport, getting her ticket and bags all in the right places.
